SECI Invites Bids for 1 MW Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Plant at Port Blair

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has invited bids for a 1 MW grid-connected rooftop solar PV power project at Port Blair, Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar, India.

The last date to submit the bid is October 21, 2022, till 02:00 pm and the bids will be opened on the same day at 04:00 pm.

The scope of work for the bidder includes a complete operations & maintenance contract including insurance for 05 (Five) years of a 01 MW grid-connected rooftop solar PV power project. 

 Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 6,000/- (including 18% GST) as a tender processing fee, which is non-refundable & non-adjustable. Each interested bidder will have to submit Rs. 1,86,000/- as an earnest money deposit (EMD). The selected bidder also will be required to submit 3% (Three) of the contract value as a security deposit/ contract performance guarantee. 

The bidders must have experience in the same kind of work with ground-mounted solar power projects connected to the grid within the previous five years. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance of grid-connected solar power plants. 

The minimum annual turnover for the last three financial years, the requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process is at least shall be calculated as follows:
