Delhi-based electric vehicle manufacturer, Saera Electric Auto Private Limited (SEAPL) demonstrated its expertise in the field by launching its unique product Electric Golf Cart in the Indian market.

The brand-new golf cart from Saera has a monocoque frame, bucket seats for optimal comfort, an AC drive system that requires no maintenance, and cabin lights. The interior of the cabin is lavish and roomy, and the car’s general structure is unquestionably large and robust.

“Our newest Electric Golf Cart is an addition to our current line-up in performance-oriented EVs. which is a golf buggy is expected to further accelerate our growth in terms of Saera’s productivity as well as market penetration,” stated Nitin Kapoor, managing director of Saera Electric Auto Private Limited.

In the Indian market, this new Electric Golf Cart stands out because of its unique LED headlamps and taillamps with built-in indicators and DRL. This new electric golf cart also has a MacPherson suspension and 10-inch all-terrain tires for a more pleasant and smooth ride.

Additionally, it boasts of hydraulic brakes, an auto lifter brake pedal, and a digital speedometer with service alerts, all of which are for safety-related reasons. The founder of the e-rickshaw in India, Vijay Kapoor, came up with the idea for SEAPL, which has been led by his son Nitin Kapoor since the company’s inception in 2011. Saera’s main business is the assembly and production of cleaner, greener electric L 3 category vehicles (e-rickshaws and e-cart loaders) and electric 2W low-speed vehicles, which has helped the business establish itself as one of the top players in the sector.

With its brand Mayuri, which is the first to be awarded a vehicle approval certificate ICAT (The International Centre for Automotive Technology) from the International Center for Automobile Technology, Manesar, SEAPL was the first company to offer an e-rickshaw in India. Saera now runs three cutting-edge facilities.

The first one is at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and has a manufacturing capacity of 24,000 units. Bawal is where the second plant is situated (Haryana). The factory can produce 36,000 three-wheelers and 2 lakh electric two-wheelers annually. In Kosi, Uttar Pradesh, there is a third factory with a 24000 electric three-wheeler production capacity.

Yogo Bikes, a well-known brand of low-speed e-scooters, is another product made by the company. Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies common in the sector, SEAPL designs and assembles each electric car it produces.
